BHM, also known as The Confederation of Icelandic Graduate Professionals, is a prominent confederation of 23 trade unions representing over 19,000 university graduates in Iceland. It advocates for the interests of its members, who are employed across various sectors including central government, local government, and the broader labor market. BHM supports its member associations, manages shared funds, and safeguards the interests of its members in relation to the government and legislature, emphasizing professionalism, research, innovation, and education.
