Memnarch Ltd ('we', 'us') strives for customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for the STRAX.FM podcast hosting platform.
1. Free Tier
The free tier is provided at no cost with limited features. As no payment is involved, no refunds apply to free tier usage.
2. Paid Subscriptions
For paid subscriptions, the following refund conditions apply:
- Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if service has not been used
- Pro-rated refund within 14 days if less than 30 minutes of transcription has been processed
- No refunds after 14 days or after significant service usage
- Annual subscriptions: refunds calculated on unused full months remaining
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email support@strax.fm with subject line 'Refund Request'
- Include your account email and reason for the request
- Allow up to 5 business days for review
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Requests made after 14 days from purchase
- Significant service usage (more than 2 hours of transcription)
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless required by law)
5. Pro-Rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term, we may offer a pro-rated refund for unused full months at our discretion. Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
